TfN logo

Consult Hyperion has worked with us continuously for more than three years, helping us take Integrated and Smart Ticketing for the whole of the North of England from a notion needing a business case through to the evaluation of tender responses. We have found Consult Hyperion to be highly competent but also willing to offer challenge in order to improve the programme. They are very personable and have helped to create a proactive, collaborative working environment, collocated with our core team on-site in Leeds.

ITSO

Remaining relevant to customers’ needs is no mean feat given the rapid pace of change and the rate of emerging technologies. Consult Hyperion have been members of ITSO and brought their expertise and independence to ITSO over a number of years. Consult Hyperion contributed to specifications, in particular the element which allows ticket downloads via mobile devices. More recently Consult Hyperion collaborated with ITSO to determine how ITSO could work on consumer smartphones without additional hardware and without impacting the existing ITSO acceptance infrastructure. All the while ensuring that ITSO’s high level of security remained in place. It is worthy of note that the documentation and feedback provided by the Consult Hyperion personnel was always of a very high standard, which eased the path to acceptance by ITSO officers, members and directors.

Steve Wakeland, Executive Chairman, ITSO Limited

DIACC logo

Consult Hyperion have consistently contributed high quality feedback, deliverables and whitepapers to the DIACC during our work together over the last few years. We often look to them, to help to ensure that we have a global perspective as we know they are working with many of the major players in both the identity and payments industry. They have a well known reputation of deep domain expertise, a forward-thinking approach that values innovation, and an ability to translate difficult concepts into something that is easy to digest.

Because Consult Hyperion’s consultants work globally, they have a perspective that helps to accelerate thinking; they bring broad experience to problem solving in both technical and business contexts. And most importantly when you’re collaborating with external teams, they’re great people to work with.
